A vinified, aged and bottled wine without added sulfur. A wine that is both full of conviction and consensual.

Grape verieties : 50% Syrah, 30% Carignan, 20% Grenache

Vineyard and wine-making: From vines in limestone hills, A Tête Reposée is a natural wine, aged and vinified without added sulphite. Ageing takes place in vats under controlled temperature.

Colour and taste: Purplish colour. An explosion of fruity and empyreumatic notes, a delicious, fresh palate with a licorice finish. Easygoing and distinctive wine.

Foods and wine matching: White and red meats, appetizers, fresh vegetables dips,
delicatessen, Brie de Meaux.

Serving temperature: 16°C.

Vineyard and wine-making: A selection of the best plots from limestone terraces and clay- limestone hillsides.

Colour and taste: Pale pink colour. Floral andfruity fragrances on the nose. Acidulous, generous and long wine… an excess of gluttony to enjoy without a glut of moderation.

Foods and wine matching: Rosé of appetizer,perfect summer wine for plancha, grilled turkeyand chicken.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
