Grape varieties : 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre.
Vineyard and wine-making: Plot selection of old vines from chalky hillsides at an altitude of 120/140 meters. Yield controlled between 35 and 45hl/ha.
Colour and taste: Clear colour, ripe fruits, garrigue and strawberries nose. Full, fresh and generous in mouth.
Foods and wine matching: Red roasted meat, delicatessen’s assortment, ewe’s cheese, tome.
Serving temperature : 15-16°C.
