Vineyard and wine-making: Early morning harvest on our plots on the plains, carbonic maceration to extract aromas of fresh fruits. Ageing in vats under temperature control.
Colour and taste: Crunchy, generous, friendly. Fine tannins and aromas of early wine. A wine
that does not tire.
Foods and wine matching: White meats, simmered dishes, grills, a wine of friendship.
Serving temperature: 15°C.

Vineyard and wine-making: Night harvest on our plots in the plains, draining, direct pressing. Stirring of the lees. Ageing in vats under temperature control.
Colour and taste: Pale pink colour. Fruity nose with aromas full of finesse, a fresh and sweet palate. A wine that does not tire.
Foods and wine matching: Appetizers, salads, picnic, grills, a wine of friendship.
