Vineyard and wine-making: Its territory benefits from a Mediterranean climate, marly and limestone soils, with shales and sandstones. Night harvest, atypical blend with direct pressing and low temperature fermentation. Ageing in stainless steel vats.
Colour and taste: Light yellow colour with green reflections. Exotic fruits and coconut nose. Tight and rich on the palate.
Foods and wine matching: Mussels, sardine, summer grills, passion fruit panna cotta.
